Bounce & rebound Squeak
Replaced upper control arms, sway arm links, sprayed wd40 on all joints. No movement in lower ball joints or bushings, discovered shocks. Squeak still there

Did you grease ballpoints? Do they have fittings? Back in The 80s when I worked for Ford and Chrysler, we had a Chrysler New Yorker come back that was a week old for same squeak as you describe bounce/rebound squeak. After me and another tech sprayed every rubber bushing/mount etc... and test drove it on some back roads with humps, bumps ,twists and turns trying to loosen up and work in the penetrating oil, it got worse. We brought it back in the shop put it up on the lift I greased the lower ball joints and the squeak was gone. It evidently came from the factory with dry ball joints. If they are non serviceable (no fittings) then use a grease needle and shoot them up.

Grease the ball joints. They are notorious for squeaking when they are dry

Also lube the front torsion bars, they are notorious for squeaking too

I had mega squeaky front suspension in my truck as well and replaced all of what you mentioned plus lower ball joints. Prior to replacing everything I had tried spraying the joints and that didn't help. If your lower ball joints have grease fittings, grease them. If they don't have grease fittings, replace them with ball joints that do.

While replacing my suspension, I found that the front passenger lower ball joint was really the only bad point, but the squeaking vibrated through the whole system making it sound like the whole setup was busted. You could hear me halfway down the street...
