Stalling on cold start

Hi,Everyone: Need some expert advise I have a 2000 ford exp. 5.4 ltr. with 136 miles. This just started in the morning on a cold start when you turn the key on it starts and stalls right away. Now here's more info when she starts rpms go up as normal there are no codes. If you start the truck as soon as rpm's go up pump the accelerator she runs very smooth all day long and won't stall. I changed a vacum hose seemed ok for about 3 wks now just did it today again. I will change the inline fuel filter Mon. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated love the Exp. don't want a new one. So Guys if you can help I'll tell Santa. Thanks for any thoughts and have a great Christmas!!!!!! By the way I live in Fl.

Really, it's the same people mostly answering the questions and we click on New Posts to find what's happening so you can just bump a thread to get attention or traction.
