Guess what I'm looking for is a readers poll, and/or a parts list for a 99 Eddie Bauer. it has 186,000 miles and rides and handles , well, like a 17 year old truck. So, I'm thinking of backing off the lift kit, for now, and going on a Rock Auto spending spree for steering and suspension parts. It was either converted to, or came stock with springs. My goal is to make it ride and handle like a new truck.

Wondering steering after ball joints

I have a 1999 Eddie, GREAT suv, but afte rputing a ton of money in her , she wonders like no other.All new front end,,all ball joints- tie rods, idler arm, not the pitman arm yet. Steering wheel seems fine, but always turning to the left or right when driving .. Hitting bumps- the front end goes crazy- left or to the right? could this be a steering box problem ?
