Ok, this may be a dumb question. On my 2011, the steering wheel is getting all wore off. Is there an actual cover on ot that can be replaced? O saw a video about rewrapping the wheel in leather. Seemed doable, but time consuming.
Thanks

I was asking the original wheel if it was covered. Did you remove anything before the new cover on it.

The replacement cover goes over the original one. There are companies that replace the original leather, but their price is higher than a new steering wheel from Ford.

I stitched this inexpensive wrap on another vehicle and it looked and felt great for years. It covered up a gross plastic wheel that was dirty and worn out. Took about an hour to do but the results were well worth it. https://amazon.com/gp/product/B00PC0G07A/

Looks nice.
What is soft & durable PU leather material?
Fake leather basically. It felt very nice, slightly padded and a soft feel. Now that I'm thinking about it, I'm going to get one for the Exp since I'm not a huge fan of the hard plastic top half of the wheel on the limited.

PU Leather means it’s Poly Urethane - i.e. Plastic, Vinyl, whatever you’d like to call it. One thing it is NOT is Leather. I actually think it’s disingenuous to advertise it as leather without also using the word “simulated.” It’s not just in this context. You’ll see that term applied to iPad cases, briefcases, etc. I’ll step off my soapbox now!

Here's what this one looked like after 4 years of use! I recently sold this vehicle so I happened to have a pic.
