Step Lights

Anybody ever have trouble removing the *plastic* screws holding in the light covers for the step lights? I just stripped one and had to zip tie it as I can't get a bolt on the inside.

Any better solutions than the zip tie?

Just pull the entire plastic screw and insert out with a pair of side cutters.
Most hardware stores have replacements.
