Stupid question...but...can you fold down the 2nd seat in the middle row?

Just picked up a '03 Expedition EB model (traded in my '97 Expedition XLT ) and the 03 has all three seats in the middle. On my '97, you could fold down all three seats....I can fold down all the seats except the middle one in the middle row. Is there not a way to fold this down??? Surely there is b/c I can't believe they would make it that way. The only thing I can do is slide it forward. I'd seen other Expeditions missing the middle seat so maybe this is why??

Yes. There is a black strap between the back and bottom cushions that you pull toward the front, then pull the seat back down.

Just make sure there isn't anything on the floor under the seat before folding.
