Subwoofer (s) in storage area behind 2nd row?

I haven't gone out and measured yet, but if you have no 3rd row seats, you have that large (and useful) under floor storage behind the second row. Would that make a great sub woofer box without loosing any load floor?
Just thinking out loud and wondering if anyone else made a custom box for that area.

It's basically: (at the narrowest points)
10" wide from front to back truck.
7.5" deep from under lid to the bottom
44" wide side to side
And there is a plug in each side where I can wires

Yeah u can put a sub there...pick the right one that doesn't need a lot of air space unless u go sealed
