Well, not those specific pieces, but yes indeed I've thought about it.

In fact, I've got a F-150 bumper, grille, grill mount, and valance in the back of my truck right now. Just waiting for warmer weather so I clean up the pieces to swap onto my truck...

But then, mine's a Gen 1, so I can't speak to these parts you've posted.

Yeah gen 1's have been done a lot. In fact 96-03 f150's swap 2nd gen expy front ends a lot.

No one seems to have attempted this. I'm thinking about getting a grill of a f150. That would let me know about that much. I hate having a plastic bumper so bad. The f150 bumper powder coated black would be sexy.

The grill is attached to the hood on the f150 isn't it.

My neighbor has an 05 f150 and the grille is attached to the hood. I have also thought about this same swap many times, it would be cool to see somebody do it.

Well. I'm going to try and figure the grill portion out first, I figured that will be the toughest. I'll keep you all posted.

could always switch the entire front end. fenders, hood, grille, bumper. maybe find a rear end wreck in the junk yard. not sure it would work. but if 402motoring can put a 2nd gen front end on a 1st gen. im sure you can make a 04 f150 front end work on a 2nd gen.

I want this bumper!!! Could I just switch to an F150 hood and add this bumper or would I have to change out the whole front end?

As stated the grille is attached to the hood so you would also need the hood. Not sure if the headlights are slanted at the same angle either. Probably be better off just doing the whole front. You would end up with better gap alignment.

Spooky you can always find a fabricator around you to make one. But if I remember correctly someone on here contacted the manufacture about that bumper and they said they would need a 2nd gen in the shop and use it as a test rig.
