Sync Update

Have any of you had issues updating Sync? Mine isn't working. It never launches the update screen when I plug in the USB.

No problems here. Try to clear your USB stick and re download the update, if that does not work, hard reset, un do battery cable for a few minutes then try again.

I'll give it a shot tomorrow. I tried the hard reset on the head unit and that did't work either.

Also another thing to check is make sure the usb stick is formatted to the correct format.
