Sync3 will not maintain user setting after update around 8-7-23

Our Sync3 updated and since this update the user settings will not stay set. For example, the touch beep sound. We want the touch beep sound off. We set it to off. When the vehicle is shut off and then restarted, the setting is back to touch beep on. Another example, the auto/day/night screen. We want to night screen (darker). When the vehicle is shut off and then restarted, the setting is back to auto/day. This began happening after the last update which was on or around 8-7-2023. Anyone have any ideas??????

I did a Sync update recently and there was a few strange things that were happening on the first day. They went away the following day.

Did you use the Ford Updater or CyanLabs? If Cyanlabs, try the most recent Ford Update.

This has been an ongoing problem in the Explorer.
My 2020 Limited has the same problem, touch beep, HD radio disabled, backup cam delay, radio on at startup [when off at shutdown].
IIRC, the issue is the APIM runs out of memory, so those settings go first.

Haven't had the issue in the Exped yet.
