When 1998 Expedition is turned off, my tape player motor runs intermittanly draining the battery. This happened 3 times in the last 3 days. I have the radio, tape player, and CD combo. Has anyone experienced this problem and if so, what was the fix? Thanks

Either pull the radio fuse, or get a junk yard replacement radio to be able to save yourself some cash, or upgrade.

Do you actually use the tape player? If not, I'd personally upgrade. You'll get better sound, and depending on model, even get things like USB or MP3 connectivity.
