I have over 100K on my unit and shame on me, never changed the struts. One rear is leaking so I'm thinking of replacing all four now just due to milage. Got three quotes, two about the same one 500 over. One "reputable" shop says he would not put Monroe (or other brand) quick struts into an Expedition, only OEM because the others come back to him with noisy brackets, etc.. What do you guys think?

I put 4KYB STRUT PLUS on my wife's 2006 expedition. Lifetime warranty. Came complete. Springs shot on OEM back struts. Front right strut broke at base while my wife was driving, no wreck but able to limp home, and the front were Monroe. Didn't want them again. Made a world of difference with the KYB.
