HaI think they need to make a Iowa Edition...![]()
Where is the Kansas edition? Throw a Jayhawks on it and call it good.
I hope this is not their attempt at replacing the king ranch edition
It’s not. Ford has had Texas Editions forever. My 2012 F150 XLT was a Texas Edition. It’s a marketing thing; essentially they put together some of the most popular packages, slap some badging on it, and charge a little more.
In this case it’s a Limited with the 22s/CCD and the Special Edition package which was/is the surround view camera/parking assist and the heavy tow package.
So, basically if you live in Texas and buy a Limited 302a with the heavy duty tow package, you will have Texas Edition badging. That’s what happened with my F150, I didn’t even know I was buying that package but the combination of options I picked defaulted to the Texas Edition.
80k build
Definitely. Mine was all you listed with couple additional and it was 78.5k sticker. Branding and badging gets it to 80k for normal size, 83 for a max.You gotta pay to play. [emoji6]
The king ranch is their staple for the brand. It'l be around longer than the "platnium" trim.I hope this is not their attempt at replacing the king ranch edition

Except, it’s available everywhere.
