Got my Expedition loaded up and I'm leaving tomorrow for a hog hunt in Cisco, Texas. My buddy's parents run a ranch and supposedly have a big problem with hogs. I'll be taking my Hickory creek crossbow along with an AK and .243 set up for night time shots. My buddy is bringing a .50 beowulf. I'm really excited to see what that could do to a hog. I'll post some pics since what good are these words without some proof to back up all my lies. Wish me luck.

What the f**k does this have to with Expeditions? Nothing. Take that s**t somewhere else. How about if I asked if you wanted me to post pics of James' rotting corpse?

How's about not posting pics of hogs in anything other than their natural environment or in the form of bacon, and just post pics of an awesomely loaded up Expedition!

sounds like fun trip shooting the AK/.243/.50...seeing the outrage of the responses...prob want to further this discussion in the "***** thread" instead of making a solo thread...ALSO...there's a gun thread in here somewhere where u can post pics of the rifles...that way theyre in their respective areas on the site...

he posted in the general discussion section with the logic of it not being expedition related...we do have a lot of these threads in the forum just for this reason...the site has areas where we can post/talk about other stuff too...not just expeditions

technically...theyre in their natural environment...just wont be alive when he takes them...maybe we can make a hunting thread cause we have had ppl post such things before...so in the spirit of keeping the site friendly...that would prob be the best solution...we're grown adults...if we don't like something we should be adult enough to ignore it...move past it...and respectfully address the issue of concern without yelling at one another and solve the issue without badgering one another...

I just hope that the "James" k9 education was referring to was a coincidence, and not my buddy James that is buried in Arlington National Cemetery. If he was, I'm not sure why he considered that a proportional response.

I'm sorry for not finding the appropriate thread location but I didn't see a spot to put this one on my Tapatalk app.

Wild feral hogs are the most destructive & invasive pest I've ever seen. They do more land and water damage than floods, droughts, fires and storms to ranches here in the midwest from south Texas to as far north as Michigan. Millions of dollars in damage. Everybody pays until its brought under control.

I've been fortunate to not have them invade my land but they've destroyed property a few miles away and I've seen the destruction first hand. Its worse than any 4WD truck can do. My son has bagged a few dozen over the years and is scheduled to do a helicopter hunt in April. AR is perfect, night vision is a must.
