The fans on my 2010 sounds a heli lifting off

I just noticed a few days ago after i have my evaporator replaced by my dealer i can hear the fan when it engages. I know that it's not normal since i don't hear them before that loud.

Anyone had ideas what caused this? Is the fan speed adjustable? Could it be because of the evaporator replaced they plug in or tune the fan differently? If I'm not mistaken it's the one that goes on and off.

Dealer said that i have to replace my electric fans.

Any idea if this is the culprit? The fans cost 200++ at Tasca. Just wanted some feedback if anybody had this issue.
