Thinking about switching things up

I have an 06 expedition Eddie Bauer 4x4 the motor went out. I was going to do a straight swap but I have a line on a great deal for a wrecked 07. If I was to swap the motor and trans how would I go able reprogramming the computer. I don’t think I could use the 07 one because it’s a xlt and I have a Eddie Bauer
Any ideas appreciated
