I just bought a 1997 EB and it didn't have the third row seat, if anyone has one or knows of one (preferably close to Missouri). I found a third row in Tulsa for a 2000 and when I tried it the brackets wouldn't fit into the floor. So I guess they changed the design in between 97 and 2000. 
It looked like if I had an air chisel I could've taken the wheels off and made it fit, but I figured that I could find one that fits correctly since I have 4 kids and don't want to mess with something that could compromise the safety of my rig.
