So I bought some Intake\Carb cleaner & plan on cleaning out the throttle body.

From the picture I posted about my mistakenly found MAF sensor you can see how dirty it is.

Anyone know a good how to write up?

I want to make sure I don't screw anything up & do this the right way...

Thanks guys!

yup that was the link I was thinking about....

OMG this was the worst job of had to do on my Expy so far.

Talk about pain in the ass!!!

This 2 hour job turned into a 3 hour job.

Two of the 4 main bolts are so damn hard to get to. Then when I put the throttle body on I forgot to put the gasket on before hand. I was so pissed off..

Anyways the job is done & hopefully I reap some benefits from having the intake manifold & TB almost like new.

Have you done this yet walnuts?

The 5.4 engine TB only has one large port and doesn't clog as bad as the 4.6 engine TB which has two smaller ports
