tires - what size

I have an 02 4x4 Expy. Currently running 285/75/16's which I understand are equivalent to 33" tires.

I'm thinking of buying a tire/rim package and would like to go to a 33 x 12.50 x 15 ...not sure if those will fit? Any ideas? Same height and width on a 16" rim?

You can't run a 15" rim only 16" and bigger
