Top rear break/running light, horn, and cruise control not working after front heater core replaced?!?!

I’m wondering if the thing mentioned above are on the same wiring harness plug? Maybe it didn’t get plugged back in? I checked the fuse chart and it doesn’t seem like these items are on the same fuse.

Any ideas?
