I had my concession trailer hooked up the other day. I had the brake controller gain set to the normal strength and the brakes grabbed very hard. They almost locked up. I have hauled this trailer in 9 states so far, and it has never done this before. I adjusted the gain down to almost nothing and it still does it. Anyone have an idea what would be causing this
