Hello all,

Had a 2007 Expi that when I released the brake pedal after coming to a complete stop, there would be a slight hesitation before the transmission will say "grab" and go. The engine will rev up without any movement for a sec or two. It worked normal after you get moving. Drove it like that for 100000 kms
Now I have been running a 2015 and it has the same thing the slight hesitation when coming from a complete stop and get on the throttle again. The kicker is when running in tow/haul mode this issue doesnt exist at all. The transmission not disconnect in tow/haul? Anyone have same issue ? or just my 2 cars

Thanks in advance

I would try doing a TPS (throttle position sensor) reset on the 15. Issues with turbo lag and all that are well documented in the 15-17s ecoboost. Here’s a link
