Trans temp when towing?

For those of you that monitor transmission temp when towing...what temp does your trans usually reach? I read somewhere that ideally you don't want it to exceed 190* but I think that is unloaded.
I towed my 6x12' aluminum trailer with my harley in it last week avg about 40-55mph (non highway) and it got to 200*

What are you running

I'll have to check when I get my boat out but I believe I was around 190-200... have't towed since last summer...

200 also when towing, actually got higher 210 one time when it was hot out and lots of hills.
