Hello all, hope all was well for the holidays? Just came back from a roundtrip from tx to md wit my navi. I must say all my expectations but gas mileage were exceeded. Super comfy and roomy. Ride and handling on the highway are even better than my 15 mazda 6 that did the same trip this time last year. Everything still works great and it even the front dash knock was non existent (i wonder when itll start). I do have a couple of questions to see if anyone thought or have done so already.

1. The 2014 navs have the new mechanical lls, are the ride characteristics the same as with the air springs, or are they closer to the coil spring ride? Has anyone did a conversion to this setup to their older model truck? As the truck is getting old, i notice at times the air springs dont fully inflate at times which makes the truck feel like its riding on boulders. I sprayed the moving parts with wd40 which helps.

2. This truck desperately needs a blind spot monitor. I know the 12-14 models have the mirrors but they look gaudy and eat into your mirror visible area. Can you buy the 15 models with the system and install onto the older trucks? Have anyone done this?

On a side note, i drove my dads 15 escalade, its a nice piece. The interior is worlds apart from mine and from the 15 navs for that matter. Its rele quiet inside as well. In all, it doesnt seem too much newer than mines and its 7 yrs newer, which is disappointing. Makes me love mines more, can't wait until the 18s, please for dont drop the ball on it.
