I have a 2021 that just turned over 37K miles on this road trip. Within 6 miles of the house, I noticed a drone that I had never heard before. My wife has heard it but not me, since she usually drives it. I was able to get this to replicate by just coasting down from 45-35 mpg and then from 30-20 mph. It gets pretty loud and I even caught it on camera. It sounds like a Jake break from a big tractor trailer before it starts popping. It even sounds so loud, like it’s starting to vibrate the interior. Anyone ever have this issue?

For some reason it will not let me post a video . Not sure if it’s too big or not, currently on vacation and using the phone. I’ll try Saturday when I get back in town in the computer .

Are the turbos working? Are you getting boost? Possibly a charge tube came loose??

I did change the oil with Valvoline restore and protect before we left for the trip. On the way down I was able to reproduce easily, on the way back, I couldn’t once. Weird!!
