Turbo sound

I hear my turbos when pulling a long hill in 10th gear on the highway at low RPM. I also have the fake engine noise disabled via forscan. The boost gauge is an easy way to see how active the turbo is as well.

I also took out the vortex generators in the intake the day I got it.

I have the turbo gauge on. Fake engine noise. I forgot about that. Bummer we can’t just turn it off on our own. Can you describe what the difference of the regular engine sound is compared to the fake?

Yup.
I also pulled the intake silencers to make it more pronounced.

Just barely. It is more pronounced in my F150. Both stock, other than the K&N filters.

They are small plastic parts that are supposed to attenuate the sound from the intake and are easily removed. See the link below from an F150.
