Long time Ford owner. This is my first new Ford since our 2012 Flex. How do I turn off all the various alerts, dings, bells, and whistles? Everything is already disabled in menus/settings. But it still feels necessary to tell me again each time I drive.
I just want to drive my new vehicle without it overtly telling me something that I don’t care about. Very distracting and annoying. Absolutely love the King Ranch trim otherwise. Ford hit it out the park IMO. Do I need to break out Forscan?
-Sit down on seat. Dash alerts for occupants. Must acknowledge. -Turn on CC, ding ding ding. You have adaptive CC off-Get within 2’ of anything, perimeter alarms-Backing up, you don’t have pedestrian braking onEtc.At times it feels like I have chimes coming from my chimes!
