Is there a way to get a list of all of the options on my 2016 Expedition EL? I went to the dealer, but they said they couldn't print them.

Create a free account and then input your VIN number IIRC.

I tried etis.ford.com but all that was returned was my model number. I'm specifically trying to find out which towing package I have.

Any ideas of how to proceed?

You have to register as a shop. Not as a private citizen. Iirc

For the 2016 model year, Heavy Duty tow package was "optional" on SSV and XLT only. On the XLT if the 202A package was ordered, that package included HD tow. If 202A wasn't ordered, HD tow was still available as a stand-alone option.

HD tow was included as standard equipment on Limited, King Ranch, and Platinum models.

If your 2016 is an XLT but you don't know if it has 202A or not, simply look next to the hitch. If the round 7-prong RV style outlet is present, you have the Heavy Duty tow package, and in the jack storage area should be the pigtail harness for a controller.

ETIS is garbage.

Link to re-create your original Monroney sticker as a PDF. Its hit & miss at best.

ETIS has so many things incorrect on my truck I have to agree, for me at least.
