I haven't had time to look into it yet. We got it home last night I'm at work my wife said it didn't unlock when put in park so I figured I'd ask if someone knew before searching manual

That feature doesn't exist for the Expedition's. Instead of park, opening the driver's door unlocks everything
It only unlocks all doors once the driver's door is opened, after the engine is shut off and it's in park.

Well it'd be nice if it'd do just putting in park but I guess she'll just have to hit button or open her door.
Thanks for the reply

I added the feature to my 2019 Navigator. The way I did it was to attach a wire to the unlock wire on the passenger front door. I ran that wire under the dash. If that wire is grounded, the doors will unlock. I used an electronic module to connect the 2 wires for a second or 2 after the vehicle is shut off. This has worked perfectly for 6 years.

It is sad that you cannot do this from the factory without this work around.

AFAIK the Auto Unlock feature only works if you are stopped and open the drivers door.
That is correct unless you run a wire to the unlock switch in the door and then connect it by a module that triggers briefly when you shut the car off.

It's a Ford, not a GM! But, you can just unlock all the doors using the inside handle and they unlock as you do it, no? I don't ever remember ever even touching the unlock button unless I'm picking up one of the kids and not shutting it down...
