Unlocking radio etc?

Anyone out there know if there are reputable services that can unlock/modify the sync system? There are a few things that drive me nuts and other things I would just like to have for fun.

Rough idea of the types of things I’m looking for:

-scroll through preset station screens with steering wheel buttons
-merge preset lists from all sources
-turn off ‘limited while vehicle is moving’ lock outs (camera etc)
-allow XM apps even if iPhone is plugged in

There used to be some hardware that could be installed from Coastal Tech that would allow access to a variety of "locked" features. But I am not sure if they are still around. It was called the LockPick.

Their website looks like it might not be updated.
