I have a 2004 Ford expedition 5.4l engine. It idles up and down once warmed up, and has stalled while driving but that is rare, usually after a stop light. Definitely stalls when I try to start it after it has recently been driven. I have to gas it until it stays on, then idles up and down. I have read anything from EGR needing cleaned, to air leak. I had a mobile mechanic take a look and he thought it might be the MAF because it was sensing low air flow. No engine light and no codes. Before I spend money on a new MAF and have this person put it in, does this seem like a reason for these symptoms? Cold start is never a problem. thanks
