Need help with the thumb drive process on my 2015 Ford Expedition. Keeps say that I did not download all the files.

Follow the process outlined in this document. Download to a PC

Extract the files
copy individual files to usb key with nothing else on it
insert with vehicle running, it should sense the update and start the process

Yup… it’s pretty easy, but steps must be followed exactly as written up. I had no issues.

The free Cyanlabs upgrades have worked flawlessly for me. Somehow paying $150 for an upgrade bothers me.
