Very slight jump

Well today I had my brother back my 05 out of the garage his brand new truck was to close for me. He would chew me out if I touched it lol. But I was watching the exhaust and when it idles it has a little jerk to it. And less exhaust comes out of the pipe when this happens any ideas.

maybe is getting chocked some how...or too much air when not needed...make sure the intake is secured in it...

Okay I will check that. Could it maybe be the plugs?

check plugs. pcv valve (mine popped out) coils, fuel filter, air filter and clean your maf sensor, also check vaccum hoses for leaks, i do it by spraying carb cleaner around them and listen to the idle, if it increases when you spray it yu have a leak
