Water in the drivers side wiring channel

I have a 2003 Eddie Baur and got water in the wiring channel along the drivers
door in the floor board. I was wondering if anyone else has encountered this
problem and if you have determined where the water came from.

Here are the problems I was having. My radio wouldn't shut off when I
Turned off the truck and opened the door, the memory buttons for the seat
Weren't working, the dome lights wouldn't come on when I opened the door, plus several data error messages on the system check. So if anyone has had
Similar trouble please let me know where you determined the leak to be.
