The AC inverter in the Expy only does 150W max. It’s kind of useless… I took the easy way out and put a big Bluetti 2400w solar generator in and the DC to DC charger. Now I can make cheap meals with a dual basket air fryer while on the go. Makes a whole chicken and a bag of fries in about an hour of cooking. Had enough of the high restaurant or even McDonalds fast food prices that are anything else but fast.
The DC ports do about 10A.

don't think i've ever used the 120VAC in my Expy, not even once. My camper has a 2000W pure sine inverter (and 5260 WH of battery), that mostly gets used for my wife's hair dryer, and the coffee maker.
We've used ours a few times while keeping food warm, which works great for the short trips across town. I've also used them for charging several drone batteries at the same time while out on a job. It has come in handy several times.
I assume you are talking about the 110/120 VAC outlets.
It's odd that Ford doesn't give a rating in the manual. There's a photo that implies that the wattage is indicated on the outlet cover, though I've never looked at mine.
All the manual says is:
I don't think I'd use those outlets for more than the battery charger on a laptop computer or tablet.

We've charged iPads and laptops on the 110v.
We've also had gaming consoles (Nintendo Switch) plugged in there and then outputted to the reat seat entertainment screens/system, so the kids can play on road trips.
I've always been tempted to plug a smaller crockpot in so we have dinner ready when we get to the cabin, but I can't imagine how much everything in the car would stink like casserole forever

I just double checked and you're right! And what's even wierder is if you check the HTML version (not the PDF) it does mention it, but the number is completely different to earlier models. It talks about 400 watts peak, but only in Park. Very odd. Maybe they changed the inverter model.
Thank you. I was assuming something in that range and i really appreciate everyone's experience. What I'm mainly asking is if ..say..i put 100 watts on the 110v ac outlet and 100 watts on the 12v outlet and maybe something on the rear 12v outlet.... is there a max limit for all those combined? Maybe i just need to test it when I'm at the dealership for service..jic. A similar scenario in my Transit Connect melted some wiring. I'm hoping the 110 AC is completely separate wiring from the dc outlets.

These are separate circuits and separately fused too.
