It actually came in last week but our family has been so busy we didn't have time to pick it up! It was a lot of negotiating but they got us down to a price of $88828. It was $4750 off of MSRP. They didn't want to do it initially, but we told them we were at Sunnyvale Ford and they had a similar vehicle and they were giving us $4500 off MSRP on their end and we didn't even need to use X-Plan (which actually costed more). We did go to Sunnyvale beforehand. They ended up caving in as we told them to refund our $500 deposit and we're leaving. This was Ford Store Morgan Hill in Morgan Hill, CA. We got the Premium Care package for it for 6 years, 60,000 miles.

There were 2 blemishes they said they'll help us fix. They'll call us to make an appointment.

Congrats! I hope it serves you well.

It blows my mind that a new Platinum is the same price as a Lincoln Navigator.

Black Label Navigator can go over $120K depending on options. Aside from some nice wood on the dash and doors, I don't see anything you don't get with a Platinum Expedition (except a tiny screen vs. 15.5" on the Platinum). I love mine, and I've had 4 Navigators.

Do you know what version of BlueCruise is installed on your car? We picked up a similar ‘24 Platinum in October with BC 1.0 and still waiting for our first update.

Congrats on the the new Expedition!

Thanks,
Greg

True! I know I could've gotten a "base" Navigator for what I paid for my Expedition. But I'm pretty sure I got more features for my money with the Ford. I've got the 15.5" screen...I love it AND loathe it. LOL

If people preferred the 12 in screen in the expy, they would prefer the 13in screen in the nav to the 15in screen option.

Personally, I prefer the horizontal screen on Navigation much more than the vertical screen of Sync 4A
Same 100% And if you've seen the spy photos of the 25 MY they have ditched the huge tablet screen and are using a larger horizontal.

Congrats on the the new Expedition!

My dad didn't want to try it out yesterday on the drive back from the dealership, also we didn't know how to activate it. I think it is probably 1.0 and does not do lane changes. I don't think any Expedition gotten the upgrade yet.

Congrats on new Expy. I like that style of rims.
We didn't upgrade those, it's the default. I feel like we're living up to our stereotype being Chinese. We don't just upgrade on looks (well except for the paint because my dad and I really loved it). :rotflmao:

Edits:
We contemplated for a long time if we should stick with the silver paint, but we already have 2 silver vehicles in our garage and any other colour would be too hot here in California during summer.

If Ford gave the King Ranch seating upgrade on the Platinum, we'd have taken that too. :rotflmao:

Yeah, they are default wheels on platinum trim. Also available on limited trim with 302A package.

They do look very nice. I really hope with the 360 camera, my mom and I won't scrape it. We have a tendency to scrape the wheels on our 2005 Lexus and 2006 Honda. o_O I really suck at parallel parking. Not sure if the auto park can do it for us when there are no lines like in a residential neighbourhood.
