I found some loose wires and some gadgets in the truck. I'll post pictures if someone recognizes the things. I would like a heads up on the amount of rewiring I may be in for getting the things out or re-using them.

The UnWired unit is likely an IR transmitter/blaster for wireless headphones. Basing this off of the array of led in it as well as the aftermarket screen you appear to have.
The second item is an RF antenna from a Directed Electronics product. Viper, Clifford, etc. Either an alarm or remote start system is/was installed. The way its ran, that antenna wire probably goes down the A pillar to the underside of the dash where you'll find the rest of it.
