got the P1000 code too. it says that i should leave it on stock for the ecu to relearn everything after i took off the hypertech programmer, then use the edge. UGH! what ever, nothing bad. just tranny slipping a bit.

I didn't think the edge could pick up tranny trouble codes. but torque converter is like 350 and solenoid pack is like a hundred bucks I believe.

P1000 OBD-II Monitor Testing Incomplete
and ya 1728 is a tranny code.
before i moved cross country i took my expy to a highly recommended shop, "before i maxed out her towing capabilities across country lol" the guy said everything looked good and was actually impressed by the way she drove but told me fyi these transmissions are really good and he almost never has to rebuild/replace them but he said keep on eye on the tq converter, i think that is because it has a luxury car soft shift and he knew i was going to be towing cross country. :hmm:

Just drive around and the P1000 will go away eventually (whenever a complete driving cycle is done).
