Had a rattling noise in the passenger door when i drove, took the bad boy apart and broke the window actuator clippy thingy, taped her up, and assembled. good news.. it no longer rattles and that to me is a win 
i couldnt take it anymore :/
Getting the a/c compressor and accumulator replace tomorrow looking forward to that, and hopefully the hoses too.. i shoulve asked the mechanic.. -.-

drove mine all weekend, gave the excursion a break for a few days. but the expy will be parked most of the week. so far getting over 12mpg so far on this tank...dont ask me how!

pulled the door trim off and cleaned the uncovered area. sanded and sealed the last of the rust. preping for plastidip paintjob
