Youre welcome! I have been a long time proclip user and while the mounts are a hair pricey, they are well worth the money. They put up with my abuse over the years and with the powered unit I can now plug my galaxy note 2 in for gps or a movie and not have to fiddle or have a mess of wires all over. :chewie::chewie::chewie:

Drove over 600 miles to Connecticut and back and I have to say what an awesome truck. So much more stable on those bouncy and curvy northeastern highways then anything I have ever owned. With 4 adults, my son and tons of stuff with the ac on the 5.4 effortlessly accelerated. I was once kinda sad about not having 3.73 gears, but now Im definitely glad I have the 3.31 as not only does the truck move I was able to average 20 mpg with semi aggressive driving (have to in NJ, NY and CT) and a good sized load.

Also while we were up there my son wanted to try and run down a steep hill making dad chase him, so I took him to the truck and put the 3rd row down and some toys in the back with him. The truck made for a very nice play room for him to romp around and give dad a break from running up and down a huge hill. All in all I have not been more impressed with a daddymobile then I was this weekend with my expedition. Consider me 100% on the badwagon.

Oh, an re-registered it for another year. Personalized plates. They are Donate Life plates and say "5 Lives". It's the exact same plate my mom has in Missouri. My sister passed away 3 years ago and was an organ donor. She saved 5 lives with her donations.

Personally, I love MT's.

That feeling on connection with the machine, and knowing that it's not going to try to out-think me and do something stupid. If the car does anything stupid, then it's self-inflicted.

And I don't for a second buy the idea that manuals are worse than auto's in slippery conditions. A previous compy I worked for had three trucks - all F350 SD with diesels - written off (two were complete rollovers and near fatalities...) in ditches due to stupid drivers and auto's. Driver not really paying attention to conditions, going up a long hill, engine starts to load up, transmission downshifts, turbo kicks in, and off she goes...

Besides with fewer and fewer people driving a 'proper' standard vehicle, all the less people that ask me to drive my Mustang - my wife and kids included...

Big improvement today: finally replaced the crappy air ride with Eibach coilovers plus a 3" lift. Daaaamn it's nice ridin' up there!!

I also plastidipped the front bumper (after I rebuilt the right corner from the many pieces it shattered into when I plowed into an ice bank last winter). Doesn't look perfect, but cost me $60 instead of $800 (quoted replacement cost including labor and paint.)

Now my wheels look tiny. :)

Had the bull bar finally installed with help from a kind friend. Also got the final new 18in wheel on too. The other 18in wheels are for sale now. They look great together! Pics soon!
