I remember you saying that (more than once) before, and I had a nice selection of extentions, swivel extentions and universals ready to go. My problem was that I couldn't even get my hand in there far enough to even get a socket on the COP bolt head, let alone get an extention or ratchet on it to try to turn it

Yeah sorry I feel like I am always giving the same advice haha but it is the sad truth. I did remove all of the connectors before removing the COP's. Maybe try a long needle nose pliers. I put the extension contraption together and then put the whole thing into the truck. Getting just the socket onto the bolt is pretty much impossible using your hand. Have to feed it in there.

Having fun in the snow... if you can call it that. I would normally drive a normal speed, but people are doing 15 miles an hour. UGH!

Finally put in my Kenwood KOS-A300 with the Bluetooth KCA-BT300 add-on.
Now I have:
*Bluetooth (Phone,Music Stream)
*AUX Input (Not really needed but good none the less)
*Ipod Control (I can make use of my 80gig classic)
*HDD USB Control - (I can have my 250gig SSD in the car now)

Bluetooth sound quality is wonderful calls are clear and the music sounds good as it gets with bluetooth loud and clear. (no static,hiss,stutter,etc...)

Aux input is just that.

Ipod control is nice to have moves through the songs easy enough. The screen is small so its best to select a playlist and let it do its thing that way.

HDD control pretty much the same as Ipod control. Connects through USB good sound quality and mass storage. Again best to use a playlist.

I finally got the oem wheel out from under the truck and bought two (for now) new General Grabber STX 245/75/R-16 tires for the rear. For some reason they aren't allowed to re-mount a wheel if there is an aged tire on it so I had to move my spare to the rear to get the best tire up front. I threw the center cap back on the wheel and drove up to the bay and I think When I move I will get four more steel wheels and run winter tires on those, Looks pretty sharp with them.

I forgot to add, I did manage to get under the right rear wheel well and do a bit of inspection, the arms have some flaked paint and light rust. No visible weak points from it, If the weather improves I will clean them up and get a better look. also, the shocks looked brand new and are ford OEM replacements.

I parked the Expy in the garage! It fits! I, and everyone else, had some serious doubts about it fitting in the garage. Lol.

Manually adjusted the pedals to the lowest position (until I have the $ to order the new gear). Previous owner was about 4'11' and they were stuck at the top of the travel range. Much better now :)

Removed the fan shroud and mechanical fan. Installed a new water pump. Next is the a/c compressor along with associated components. Have decided to do the electric fan conversion. Need to also do the trailing arms.

Pulled a little truck out of the snow. He thought he was going to do donuts in a parking lot with a foot of frozen snow, but he got hung up 3 feet off of the street. This was my first recovery with the Expedition. I even had to take the strap out of the wrapper. I like being on the pulling end!

Drove around in the only snow I will see this year.. Let me tell you, it's the most fun I've had in any vehicle in awhile. I got a little stuck when the bald front tires let go and landed me in a ditch when I went to get on another road. but luckily she slid around and the new rear tires grabbed earth and pushed me out. and I believe the LSD clutches wore out when that happened... a 25 min drive home turned into a 2 1/2 hour adventure. now that the cars are off of the back roads I live on I took a few buddies and did a few power slides for fun. everyone agrees that this is the best $400 I have ever spent :D

Replaced the battery. Luckily it was the warmest day of the year.
