What is this body part called??!!

I keep searching for replacement parts for the plastic panels/molding/whatever that the expeditions have on the doors and cannot find them. All my searches give me fender flares and other parts. Right here:

Part number would be great if someone happens to have it.

Yeah. I need them on both the doors on the driver side plus the rear wheel flare. I bought it with some damage on that side so I'm trying to find the cheapest fix to make it look better. If I could get the whole door in the same color, that would be even better (even just the metal part...I could swap the guts of mine over). But just the mouldings would make it look a ton better.
