I am looking to replace my 2008 Expedition. I saw an online ad, and one thing that jumped out at me was the thing in the picture. It is only on the passenger side. This is a 2015 Platinum I am looking at. Any idea what it is?

That is whats known as 15% of the broken trim remaining.
The part that is broken Ford calls a skid plate (yeah, um, no) The part number is FL1Z-5D032-AA and its fairly pricey.
