Looks like an antenna for a aftermarket remote start to me. My 2013 has a similar setup from previous owners.

Ford dealer installed remote starter. You should have a second fob for the starter on your keyring.

Remote start made by CodeAlarm of Long Island for Ford. Dealer installed option.

That is the antennae for the remote start. I have the same.

The bipole antenna should be attached to the top or bottom of thethe inside of windshield with two-sided tape.
