I have a 2013, 180 k. Front differential is bad, IWE’s are bad, (these 2 are confirmed). Rear differential is bad too, they said pinion seal is leaking (haven’t had 2nd opinion yet). What to do???

j/k

By "they" are you saying that a stealership gave you a heart-stopping, WW3-inducing estimate ?

If so, I would suggest you get a 2nd & 3rd estimates from a qualified suspension shop. It's still not gonna be cheap, but most likely way less that the stealership :)

Wondering how long you have owned it. With that stuff wrong all at once somebody isn't paying attention. Stay away from dealerships as they will gouge you. Find a reputable front end shop and get another opinion and itemized estimate.

Yeah, I’ve had it about 7 years I drive it Daily hauling around the family and everything else. The two quotes were from two different shops, I stayed away from the stealership lol, but it’s just a costly repair. I still have a get a second opinion for the rear, the first shop didn’t say anything about it but I don’t know if they checked it. The crazy part I was just about to get to changing the fluids in the differentials that was my next plan because they weren’t on my radar at first, haven’t done anything with transfer case fluid either but that is in the plan too. I keep everything else up to date oil, brakes, transmission fluid, etc I had wheel bearings and struts, and some other stuff done last couple of years as well. Thanks for the advice! got to get on the preventative stuff!

Good news got another opinion, front differential needs replaced. IWE are fine! Rear differential doesn’t need replaced the pinion is a little off but it’s still in the recommended tolerance. Going to change fluid and have it serviced, and have transfer case fluid changed! Everything up to date !!
