Where is which # cylinder? have P0303, P0353, P0316

How do I find the #3 cylinder? Going to check the COP/plug - see what I see.

When facing the engine, hood open, where does the numbering start?

Okay - did a google. Left side (passenger side) numbers 1-4, front to back. Here goes. I hope this doesn't get expensive.

Usually with misfires like that it is simply a short to the block. I know you like to flog your truck in the snow, so my first move would be to pull the COP and blow the well out with a compressor. Dry any water that might have snuck past the boot and causing a short to the block instead of going through the plug.
