Why Doesnt Anyone Lift Their Xp, Please Explain

seems to me here at this xp forum that nobody talks about lifting thier xp. i just purchased an 01' xlt 4x4 and the first thing on my mind is lifting the beast. need to know any draw backs for this kind of dicision. and what the best lift is!

Drawbacks:
Tires are more expensive and noisy. Gas mileage and turning radius will be reduced. Risk of rollover will be increased. Warranty will be void is applicable. And the thing that keeps most people from doing it, is paying to get it done.

Advantage:
Looks a lot better the stock
If you get quality parts it will enable you to offroad in more rugged terrain.
Obese women can't get in.

thanks for input, i was looking for more info on drawbacks in the suspension area, such as pinion angles that may cause excesive stress on tranny or other components.
