I have a 2000 ford expedition, and I was thinking of putting in an eclipse AVN-5435. Its on sale this week at circuit city. Its a double hight head unit, that has a 6.5 inch touch screen, does nav, plays dvd, cds, mp3s, etc.
All the web sights say it will not fit in my truck. The specs on the measurements look like it would fit. I havent pulled out my stock deck, so I dont know what behind there, that may keep the new deck from fitting.
Does anyone have any experience with this deck?
Has anyone put one of these in their expy ? Any special adapters or cutting needed to make this work ?
