Will lightning heads add performance? Will they fit 99 ex???

I have a 99 expedition and i want to get rid of the early 99 expy head i have because i was told they are the tear drop design and were not as powerful as the mid to late 99 heads??? So will the 99-up lighning head fit and add power???

hahaha, this is funny, the first post is talking about cylinder heads on the engine, and the reply is talking about headlamp housings.
