Hello, I removed the window regulator to replace it, no screws came with the new one, and I have lost the old ones.
Anyone know what size screws are needed?????

There are a few sizes used. They will be metric. You can stop by a good hardware store and grab a few different sizes and threads for comparison.

You can also go to some of the Ford Parts sites, or your dealer, and they have parts diagrams that list the bolts. From what I can tell, they are 6mm or 8mm bolts.

Speaking of window regulators, mine jammed on me several years ago on my 2009 Expy EL. I replaced it with an aftermarket one from Advance Auto Supply. Works fine, except I have never been able to get the auto-up/down to work again. I have the shop manual on CD and have followed all of the instructions, but no go. Just gave up and hold the button up or down now. The new regulator looked identical to the bad one.

If you are talking about attaching regulator to door (unthreaded/riveted) we use 1/4-20 X 1/2" nuts and bolts.

Get what you need:
Four 1/4x1/2 inch bolts
Eight 1/4 inch flat washers
Four 1/4 inch locknuts/nylocks

Threaded is another story.

Motor to regulator:
Window Regulator Motor Bolt - Ford (-W707491-S439)

Possible matching bolts: Release Handle Bolt, Window Regulator Bolt, Fender Bolt, Window Motor Bolt, Glass Assembly Bolt, Door Glass Bolt, Bracket Bolt, Shield Bolt, Battery Tray Bolt, Release Cable Bolt, Run Channel Upper Bolt, Hood Release Cable Bolt, Upper Quarter Trim Bolt, Window Regulator Screw, Bolt And Washer Assembly - Hex.Head

Hope it helps.

Remove the door panel from the opposite side and you have all the reference parts needed to get replacements from a hardware store....good luck!

I've done so many of these that use rivets that I bought a cheap 1/4" giant rivet gun on ebay with a box of rivets. Seems most cars use them today.
